Refund policy

Refunds
It is very important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If a customer has not yet attempted a test or exam, requested or been issued a certificate, or completed a course, they may be eligible for a refund. Any student who meets this criteria must submit their request in writing (via email) within 1-2 days of purchase along with proof of purchase and an explanation for the refund.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Not being able to pass quizzes, final exams, or other course assessment requirements within the course attempts
  • Inability to pass identity verification requirements, including two-step verification, unable to remember username or passwords
  • Course expirations, based on course guidelines

Study Guides (if applicable)
Some courses may have a downloadable Study Guide for purchase, either within the course of individually as a separate download. Study Guides require a PDF reader to download and open and may be password-protected. Study guides that have not been downloaded are eligible for refund for students who have not yet completed their course. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Bulk Purchases (if applicable)
An individual or entity may purchase a course in bulk. Bulk order refunds may be processed on a pro rata basis for purchases within the last 14 days and will only apply to unredeemed codes and/or students who have not yet attempted a test or exam, requested or been issues a certificate, or completed the course. For eligible students who have already started their course, a $10 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.  

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
